We want your workspace to feel like yours. The stipend is intentionally flexible — there's no pre-approved catalog. If it helps you do your job from home, it almost certainly counts.
Unused months roll forward inside the same calendar year, so if you want to save up three months and buy a $225 standing desk converter in March, go for it. The annual cap ($900) doesn't roll into the next year.

Eligibility
All full-time employees are eligible after 30 days of employment. The stipend begins prorated for the first partial month. Part-time employees (20+ hours/week) receive 50% of the monthly amount.

Submit by the last day of the month
Submit anytime, but the cutoff for that month's $75 is the last day. - 4
Approval is automatic
Anything under $200 with a valid receipt and proper category goes straight through. - 5
Reimbursement hits next pay cycle
ACH to the account on file in BambooHR, typically within 5–7 business days.

FAQ
What if I forget to submit one month?
You have until the end of the calendar year to submit prior-month receipts. Just note the original purchase date.
Can I expense furniture for a partner's workspace?
Only your primary workspace is covered. If you split a home office, the stipend is per employee.
Can I buy a $900 chair in January?
Yes — you can front-load the annual budget at any time, as long as it doesn't exceed $900.
What if I move?
No problem. The stipend follows you. Update your address in BambooHR for tax purposes.
