Equipment Ordering

Your full work setup, on us. Order through the IT Portal and pick the kit that fits how you actually work — whether that's a clean laptop-only setup or a full multi-monitor command center.

Overview

Every new full-time employee gets a one-time $1,500 budget to set up their workspace. The default is the Twincrest Standard Kit, but if you'd rather mix and match, you can build a custom configuration in the IT Portal.

Anything you order above $1,500 needs a quick written justification — usually a sentence is enough. Your manager and IT review together, and most reasonable requests are approved within a business day.

FAQ

Can I keep my laptop when I leave?

Laptops older than 3 years can be purchased for fair market value. Newer devices must be returned.

What if I need a Windows machine?

Yes — engineering and analytics roles can request a Windows or Linux configuration. Mention it during onboarding.

My laptop broke. What now?

File a ticket in the IT Portal. We'll overnight a loaner and arrange a repair or replacement.

Can I expense equipment I bought myself?

Only if pre-approved. Otherwise use the Home-Office Stipend for smaller items.
