Your first equipment order is covered up to $1,500. The standard kit is a MacBook Pro 14", an external display, and your choice of keyboard and mouse. Need something different? Customize your order directly in the IT Portal — just have a reason ready in case anything's over budget.

You get $75 a month — up to $900 a year — to spend on your home workspace. Desk, chair, monitor arm, better lighting, a portion of your internet bill: it all counts. Submit your receipts in Expensify by the last day of the month. You're eligible from day 30.

VPN is required whenever you're on a network that isn't your home connection — coffee shops, airports, hotels, shared spaces. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Download Tailscale, sign in with your Twincrest Google account, and you're connected. IT is on Slack if anything goes sideways.

Book all business travel through Navan. Flights under $500 don't need pre-approval — anything above does, so plan ahead. Hotels cap at $250 a night, or $350 in major cities. Meals are covered up to $75 a day. Submit all expenses within 30 days of your trip.
